A glimpse into her future. #MySundayPhoto

Since Becky started secondary school she hasn't had much homework but over the last couple of weeks her teachers have been handing out more and more homework....Yesterday she spent a good couple of hours working...It was a little glimpse of what is to come when she starts her GCSE's later this year.....

  1. She must be the same year as my triplets, they are just choosing options now for GCSEs. It is hard on them when they are still so young.

  10. Becky looks so grown up there, before you know it she'll be leaving school and be off to work or college! It's hard when you get tons of homework though.

  12. Always best to work in your pj's I say Kim.

KS2 our children have quite a lot of homework but then it does prepare them for Y7+. I've had so many mums come back and say that they thought it was hard at the time but are very grateful it prepared them for the next phase in their learning journey.

Good luck to Becky for later on in the year. x

  17. My Brandon is currently studying for his GCSE's in May/June this year. It's so hard to find the balance of getting him to study enough and to not put too much pressure on him. Steady throughout each month is best, rather than doing too much in one go. She looks like she's ready for them :) #MySundayPhoto
